FunTap Co., Ltd. (Hearquarter: Shimogyo ward, Kyoto / CEO: Daisuke Araki) which operates Digital Musical Scores delivery service “Canon”, conducted a survey on the downloaded titles this year (Survey conducted from January 1st – December 10th, 2024) and announced the rankings for the most played titles in 2024.
The most played title this year was “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” by Creepy Nuts. It gained popularity from Tik Tok and dance videos on YouTube, and achieved the weekly top ranking for consecutive 12 weeks. For the second place, “Hana” by Fujii Kaze ranked in. It got a wide popularity soon after it was released in October 2023, and has kept its popularity for an exceptionally long term. Its floating feeling like petals and comfortable mid-bass groove captured the hearts of many players. For the 3rd place, again Fujii Kaze”s “Michi teyu ku” ranked in.
Mrs.GREEN APPLE got the first prize, even though they were ranked second last year. For the second place this year, Fujii Kaze ranked in with the popularity of his titles including “Hana” and “Michi te yuku” which have been downloaded throughout the year.
In the “Anime” category, “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born”, the opening theme from the anime “MASHLE” second term, got the first prize. In the “Drama” category, “Ikuoku konen”, the main theme song for the TBS drama “Eye Love You” ranked the top.
In the ranking for the 2000s, “366days” by HY was the top title. In the ranking for the 1990s, “Haru yo Koi” by Matsutoya Yumi got the first place as it did last year. In the ranking for the 1980s, “M” by Princess Princess was ranked as the top.
In the ranking for piano solo, “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” was the top title. In the ranking for piano duet, “Kawaikute Gomen” by HoneyWorks was ranked as the top title. In the ranking for “Singing and playing”, “Michi teyu ku” by Fujii Kaze got the top.
